The NY Times reveals that the “enhanced interrogation techniques” used at Uncle Sam’s gulag in Guantánamo were “copied verbatim from a 1957 Air Force study of Chinese Communist techniques used during the Korean War to obtain confessions, many of them false, from American prisoners.”

Just one question: Would President Reagan condone torture? The answer is self-evident. He would not. Reagan won the Cold War without torturing anyone.
